In the near future, ALL surgeons listed with contact information on our directory pages will be asked to take, and sign, at least a DIRECTORY PLEDGE (see below) whether they purchase a directory OR a sponsor listing. (Sponsors will take a "sponsor pledge").

The current directory listing fee is $75.00 per six months, $125.00 annually.
Please do not send your check without carefully reading, and signing, your application.
You must be able to honestly sign the Directory Pledge.

Your photo; practice information; procedures performed; your own web page on our site PLUS links to YOUR personal practice page. In addition, city sponsor plastic surgeons may be featured on our state page and front page!
