WHY DO SURGEONS WHO ALREADY HAVE A WEB SITE LIST HERE?
Why should a well-known surgeon with a professional web site want to apply for a City Directory Listing?
Why do the some of the busiest plastic surgeons choose to SPONSOR a city page?
Most doctors who list with us already have very a sophisticated web site.
Most are listed on other, larger Cosmetic Surgeon Directories, as well.
Yet these top physicians continue to list with us year after year - or even to Sponsor a City Directory page. Why?
The answer is easy. Being listed on BoardCertifiedPlasticSurgeon.com is a way of making a very public statement about an excellent professional record. Thru a doctor's willingness to take one of our pledges, the basic Directory Pledge or the more stringent Sponsor Pledge, an immediate professional confidence is established.
Surgeons also list with us because they understand the importance of a strong online presence. Our site may be smaller than many Plastic Surgery Sites but it is clear that we do NOT list every surgeon who is willing to pay. Not only does our site seek out surgeons with very desirable professional records, but our site name, BoardCertifiedPlasticSurgeon.com, is condusive to both "type-in" results AND search engine results on Google, Yahoo, MSN and other popular search engines.

ABOUT US
Our Goal:
-
To assist plastic surgery candidates in their search for board certified plastic surgeons located near them and who are experienced in the procedures the candidate is considering.
-
To encourage our visitors, if they are even considering plastic surgery, to check credentials before making that first appointment.
-
To provide our visitors with the resources with which to check doctors' credentials.
We have provided a link to each state medical board, board of medical examiners and/or professional licensure check. This would include a query about medical licensure, professional misconduct or disciplinary actions and experience in procedures.
Our goal is not to encourage anyone to undergo plastic surgery. Nor is it to give medical advice of any kind, or "educate" the visitor about plastic surgery, ...that is the plastic surgeon's job. However, we do offer FDA articles and other news articles about plastic surgery as a source of general information.
