Tenants of the new Northwest Medical Office Building at Northwest Specialty Hospital include a plastic surgery practice:
Dr. Mark Owsley* (Frederick Mark Owsley of Couer D'Alene) and Dr. Patrick Mullen MD (license #M-8506) are the physicians of North Idaho Plastic Surgery.
