Tenants of the new Northwest Medical Office Building at Northwest Specialty Hospital include a plastic surgery practice:

Dr. Mark Owsley* (Frederick Mark Owsley of Couer D'Alene) and Dr. Patrick Mullen MD (license #M-8506) are the physicians of North Idaho Plastic Surgery.

Owsley has been in practice for 10 years and specializes in cosmetic surgery.

Mullen has been in practice for three years and specializes in cosmetic and hand surgery.

Both are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
