By sending us an e-mail and requesting that we forward that e-mail to a board-certified plastic surgeon near you, you are automatically granting us permission to forward the e-mail to a board certified plastic surgeon. It is normally expected that a plastic surgeon and his staff will keep all information contained in the e-mail private and confidential.
